From HYVE Labs to MindHYVE.ai.
MindHYVE's technology originated in summer 2022 in HYVE Labs — Bill Faruki's personal Microsoft Azure R&D environment — before the modern "agent" vocabulary existed in industry use.
MindHYVE.ai, Inc. was incorporated in July 2024 as a Nevada C-Corporation to productize the technology developed in HYVE Labs. The HYVE acronym (Hyper Yielding Vectorized Entity) describes the actual mechanism: vector-grounded, continuously yielding, embedding-augmented entities.
We were doing this before it became a trend.
