Acceptable Use & Restrictions.
This policy defines how ArthurAI™ products may and may not be used, including education high-risk-use limits and export-control and sanctions restrictions. It supplements our Terms. ArthurAI™ is operated by Eve-Education, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc.
Prohibited uses
- violate any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
- generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or misrepresent AI-generated output where disclosure is required;
- compromise security — including unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing usage limits, or interfering with the Services;
- use the Services or their output to train, evaluate, or improve a competing AI system; or
- submit data you lack the right or consent to submit.
Education high-risk uses
ArthurAI™ provides learning decision support. Outputs must not be used as the sole basis for academic, grading, credentialing, placement, or disciplinary decisions without review by a qualified educator who remains responsible for the decision. Student records and other data subject to FERPA are processed only under the applicable institutional agreement; the institution is the account holder and controls student data.
Export controls and sanctions
The Services are provided from the United States and are subject to U.S. export-control and economic-sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations and regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). By using the Services, you represent that you are not located in, or a national of, a comprehensively sanctioned country or region, you are not on any U.S. restricted-party list, and you will not export or use the Services in violation of those laws.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
