When Eve-Education, LLC offers a free trial, discount, or promotional credit for ArthurAI™, these general terms apply in addition to the specific terms stated with each offer.

General

Offers are limited-time, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn before acceptance. The specific duration, eligibility, and value of an offer are stated where you accept it; those specific terms control if they conflict with these general terms.

Free trials and auto-renewal

• Unless stated otherwise, a free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged the then-current price for the plan.
• To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends — see our Cancellation Policy.
• Trials are generally limited to one per customer or organization.

Discounts and credits

• A discount applies only for the stated period; afterward the subscription renews at the standard price for the plan.
• Credits apply to eligible charges only and expire as stated in the offer.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so.

Eligibility and abuse

We may verify eligibility and void offers obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms.
