Refund & Dispute Policy.
ArthurAI™ products are digital subscriptions and institutional licenses operated by Eve-Education, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how billing disputes are handled. It does not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.
Refund eligibility
- Self-serve subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription directly and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge.
- Renewals. Recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable; you can avoid a renewal by cancelling before the renewal date (see our Cancellation Policy).
- Institutional licenses. Refunds for school, district, university, or corporate agreements are governed by the applicable order form or institutional agreement.
How to request a refund
Email support@arthurgrid.ai from the address on your account with your account details and the reason for the request. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post it.
Billing disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at support@arthurgrid.ai — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than a card dispute. If you open a dispute or chargeback, we will respond through Stripe with transaction records. Dispute resolution is otherwise subject to the governing-law provisions of our Terms.
