We price every ArthurAI™ engagement to the specific institution. There is no published rate card because there is no rate card that fits a school district, a university, a training partnership, and an enterprise L&D org all at once.

What shapes the price
  • Institution type

    School district, university, training center, or enterprise — each shapes the contract and the support model.

  • Learner headcount

    Total learners (students, employees, trainees) under the institution’s license.

  • Edition mix

    Single edition, or a portfolio across SLE/ULE/VLE/CLE depending on the scope of the institution.

  • Integration depth

    Default is browser-deployable with no integration required. Optional LMS / SIS / HRIS integration paths shape pricing.

  • Data residency

    Region-specific deployment requirements (US, EU, APAC, Africa) where regulatorily required.

  • Contract structure

    DPA, ESA, vendor-management requirements typical of district / university procurement.

  • Implementation support

    Onboarding, training, and ongoing professional services scope.

  • Term length

    Annual contracts, multi-year agreements, and pilot-to-production transitions are all available.
