Privacy policy.

This privacy policy applies to the marketing site at arthurgrid.ai and www.arthurgrid.ai, operated by Eve-Education, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc. (“Eve-Education”, “we”, “us”).

It does not apply to the ArthurAI™ Software-as-a-Service edition portals at sle.arthurgrid.ai, ule.arthurgrid.ai, vle.arthurgrid.ai, or cle.arthurgrid.ai. Those properties have their own privacy policies covering educational records and learner data, and operate under the data-handling structures described on our data-handling page.

What we collect

  • Form submissions. When you submit the Talk-to-Sales form on /contact or the early-access form on /ple, we collect what you provide: name, work email, organization, role, edition of interest, and the use case you describe.
  • Visitor analytics — Microsoft Clarity (consent-gated). If you accept analytics on the consent banner, Microsoft Clarity records aggregate session behavior on this marketing site (clicks, scrolls, page paths) so we can understand what visitors find useful. Clarity does not record audio, does not keystroke-log, and does not cross-site track. If you decline, Clarity does not load.
  • Operational telemetry — Microsoft Application Insights. We collect first-party performance and error telemetry (page-load timing, JavaScript errors) to keep the site running. This is not behavioral tracking and is treated as essential operational instrumentation.
  • Server logs. Standard web-server logs (timestamp, IP, user agent, requested path) are retained for security and abuse-detection purposes.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and route you to the right person on our team.
  • To improve the site — page hierarchy, copy, and the procurement experience for institutional buyers.
  • To diagnose and fix performance issues and errors.
  • To comply with our legal obligations (recordkeeping, audit, breach notification) and to enforce our terms.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the marketing site's data to train AI models. Our reasoning capability is built on Eve-Genesis™ synthetic data, not on visitor or customer data.

Subprocessors

We use a deliberate, minimal set of subprocessors:

  • Microsoft Azure — hosts the marketing site (Static Web Apps + Front Door + Application Insights).
  • Microsoft Clarity — consent-gated visitor analytics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights in your personal information:

  • California (CCPA / CPRA). Right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit use of sensitive information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • European Economic Area & United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR). Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful basis for processing form-submission data is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.
  • Other jurisdictions. Equivalent rights under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, the Pakistan data-protection regime as adopted, and analogous statutes are honored. To exercise rights, contact us using the address below.

Children's data

The marketing site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children on this site. ArthurAI™ School Learning Edition serves under-13 learners under the school-as-agent COPPA model — see the compliance page.

Retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond and route, then deleted on a defined cadence unless the submission becomes a customer record. Server logs are retained for security purposes for a commercially reasonable period. Application Insights and Clarity retain data per their respective standard retention windows configured by us.

Cookies and consent

The marketing site uses local storage to remember your analytics consent choice so you are not asked again on the same device. We do not use cookies or local storage for advertising. The CCPA / CPRA-style consent banner gates Microsoft Clarity; declining the banner means Clarity does not load.

We update this policy as our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
