The trademark The Dawn Directive™ belongs to CIAI. It is not a MindHYVE mark. The Dawn Directive™ is CIAI's program, with CIAI's institutional standing. ArthurAI™ VLE is the delivery platform — one of multiple verticals across which CIAI runs AI-fluency programmes for institutional partners.
The separation is deliberate and durable. The credential carries CIAI's reputational backing — not the platform vendor's. The institutional purchaser of an ArthurAI™ deployment is not also renting a credential brand; they may also engage CIAI on Dawn Directive™ as a separate, optional, parallel agreement with a separate counterparty whose standing is its own.
