Terms of service.
These Terms govern your use of the marketing site at arthurgrid.ai and www.arthurgrid.ai (the “Site”), operated by Eve-Education, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc. (“Eve-Education”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. Use of the ArthurAI™ Software-as-a-Service edition portals is governed by separate institutional agreements and is not covered here.
Permitted use
You may access and use the Site for the lawful, non-commercial purpose of learning about ArthurAI™, requesting a demo, joining a waitlist, or evaluating Eve-Education's offerings. You may not use the Site in a way that interferes with its operation, scrape it at volume that imposes unreasonable load, attempt to circumvent security, or use it to transmit malware or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, logos, design, code, and architecture — is owned by MindHYVE.ai, Inc. or Eve-Education, LLC, or licensed to us, and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property law.
The marks ArthurAI™, MindHYVE.ai™, Eve-Education™, Eve-Fusion™, Eve-Grid™, Eve-Genesis™, HYVE™, HYVE Labs™, ChironAI™, JustineAI™, and TheoAI™ are trademarks of MindHYVE.ai, Inc. The Dawn Directive™ is a trademark of the California Institute of Artificial Intelligence (CIAI), used under license by MindHYVE.ai. Use of any of these marks without permission is prohibited.
User submissions
When you submit information through a form on the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of any organization you name. You grant us a limited license to use the submission for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and routing it to the appropriate person. See the privacy policy for details on how submissions are handled.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party content — partner organizations, press releases, sister MindHYVE properties (chirongrid.ai, justinegrid.ai, theogrid.ai). We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it.
No warranty
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Information on the Site about ArthurAI™ and Eve-Education™ is provided for informational purposes; it is not a contract for the provision of services. The terms of any ArthurAI™ deployment are governed by the executed institutional agreement with the deploying institution.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVE-EDUCATION, LLC AND MINDHYVE.AI, INC. ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eve-Education, LLC, MindHYVE.ai, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, except where applicable law mandates otherwise.
