We disclose AI assistance when it is material.
ArthurAI™ ships disclosure surfaces inside every edition where AI materially assists instruction, assessment, advising, or credentialing. The educator decides what advances the learner; ArthurAI™ produces structured analytical output that the educator reviews and signs off on. The disclosure language documented below is the default; institutions may customize wording, placement, and notification cadence.
Default educator-facing disclosure
This view shows AI-assisted reasoning produced by ArthurAI™. The evidence and confidence are presented openly. Review before acting; the educator decides what to act on.
The educator-facing disclosure appears on every workflow surface where ArthurAI™ output is presented for educator review. It is not a one-time consent; it is an in-line reminder of the human-in-the-loop posture, present at every decision point.
Default student- and parent-facing disclosure (SLE)
Parts of this lesson are personalized using artificial intelligence. Your teacher reviews and approves the AI-assisted parts before they reach you. Your school can tell you more about how AI is used here.
The student- and parent-facing disclosure appears at first login each academic term and is available on demand from the in-product help menu. The language above is the ArthurAI™ default; districts may substitute the wording required by their state's AI-disclosure statute (see California AB-1791, Tennessee HB 1630, and analogues on the compliance page). Districts may also configure the disclosure to appear at the start of each session, each lesson, or each term, per district policy.
Faculty-of-record positioning (ULE)
For higher education, ArthurAI™ University Learning Edition preserves the faculty member as the faculty of record. AI-assisted curriculum, assessment, and advising artifacts surface to the faculty member with confidence calibration, source citations, and an explicit review-and-attest checkpoint before any artifact is published to the student or graded into the academic record. Accreditation agencies and university offices of academic affairs receive a documented AI-use posture at onboarding.
Workforce / safety-critical disclosure (VLE)
For vocational and workforce-development deployments, ArthurAI™ Vocational Learning Edition produces structured competency-aligned learning paths with safety-critical content guardrails for OSHA-regulated training contexts. AI assistance is disclosed to the trainee at enrollment and at each safety-critical module. The instructor remains the certifying authority on competency.
Workforce-notice disclosure (CLE)
For corporate Learning & Development deployments, ArthurAI™ Corporate Learning Edition discloses AI assistance in workforce training, compliance modules, and ROI analytics. Where the institution is subject to workforce-AI-use disclosure obligations (state employment laws or sectoral regulations), the corresponding disclosure surface is configured at deployment.
What we never claim
ArthurAI™ never represents itself as a licensed educator, advisor, or certifying authority. ArthurAI™ output is decision support; the educator, faculty member, instructor, or L&D leader is the decider. We never describe the platform as a chatbot, AI assistant, or large language model, because none of those descriptions accurately reflects what ArthurAI™ is. ArthurAI™ is the Agentic Learning Operating System.
